Top Floor Apartment in City Central Sunny Balcony

Positive: Great facilities,nice and clean , awesome beds . Good location Negative: The Stairs ! 3 flights My partner could barely cope , this wasn't clear on the booking

Location, location, location! Positive: Location was fantastic! Walking distance to great restaurants & pubs, shopping, botanic gardens, stadium. Apartment was modern & spacious, clean, well equipped, within a very secure & well maintained complex. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Apartment was nice. bedrooms were small but living area was good. Appreciated that coffee and tea were provided. Negative: Property was very hard to find in the dark with the vehicle access being off another road, and very difficult to get to. We were gridlocked in traffic and the road we needed to go down was closed due to a game at the stadium. Advice to future visitors - don't try and get to the apartment by car when there's a game on at the stadium!

Great clean place centrally located. Good amenities and clear directions Positive: Very clean. Centrally located to downtown. Included parking spot. 2 full bathrooms, 1 King Bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 twins bedroom with bathroom outside made it very convenient for a family of 4 with grown kids. Negative: The several codes for everything - entering the parking lot, entering the building, the lockbox, the trash code. The key fob for parking was unclear - had to punch in code everytime which was annoying. The building is a little hard to find for someone who doesn’t read instructions. Also two floors of stairs which is clearly said during booking but beware.

Couples touring NZ Positive: Fabulous apartment in a good location on the doorstep to the city and new One.NZ stadium which we strolled to on their community open day. Quiet, secure, warm very well appointed.
