Luxury Penthouse in City Private central live

We don’t normally write reviews but this property is one good find. My wife is hyper clean and this property meets even Positive: Clean, well-appointed and well-maintained property in a pretty central location. A very comfortable stay! Negative: The water drainage when the rain shower’s on in the master bathroom - but not a big issue.

Luxury in the heart of town Positive: It’s a beautiful, spacious apartment in top condition. Facilities were awesome for our 6 person party. Everything was sparkling clean, and comfortable. Location was spot on, short walk to stadium, central district and our favourite C1 cafe! Whilst we couldn’t check in early from our flight, our host was very accommodating and let us drop our luggage off which was perfect 👌 Negative: n/a

Luxury penthouse apartment Christchurch Positive: The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable for the 4 of us. We were able to do washing and it as well appointed with all we needed. The location was amazing right in the city centre and a walkable distance to explore the city sights. Great to have an easy car park included. . Was lovely to have the balcony area as an outside space. In a secure building with a lift to make it easy with our luggage. Host was very responsive and friendly re communication and all instructions were very clear and easy to follow particularly re location, parking and access to building and apartment . Was reasonably priced. Highly recommend staying here. Negative: Nothing!!!
