Great place Positive: Great location and great little place. Negative: Only negatives were no off street parking but plenty on street. No toilet downstairs and no air con upstairs but these didn’t matter

A fantastic townhome - clean and well maintained - with easy access to Christchurch amenities! Positive: This was the perfect townhouse for three of us - a dad and two adult sons. We had easy space to hang out together and private rooms if we wanted to be on our own. Two bathrooms also made life easier for all. I especially want to give a shout-out to the hosts, who were exceptional. I had a bunch of questions (about the area, and even general NZ info) in advance and they were like no hosts I've ever interacted with - quick, knowledgeable, affirming, and incredibly helpful. When we had a very slight mis-communication about the timing of our arrival, they handled it quickly and made our lives much easier. So I really can't say enough about this lodging option - easy 10 min walk to trolley/downtown area, and a very quiet neighborhood. Negative: Nothing, tbh.

Excellent place to stay in Christchurch, close to the stadium and one of the tram stops Positive: Good location, very spacious, nice and clean

Positive: Great location nice and clean Negative: Loads of light comes in the bedroom blinds

Positive: Good location, beautiful apartment and lots of space. Helpful staff. Negative: A few issues, not enough towels or teatowels for our length of stay. Maintenance required here and there causing a few stressful moments but we're fixed while we were there.
