Acceptable, but disappointing given the high ratings. Positive: We liked that it was in area that was very walkable. The bed was very comfortable and, overall, the equipment we needed was available. Negative: We did not receive communication regarding check in on the day of arrival. After leaving 2 voicemails, we finally received the information- 40 minutes of waiting in front of the unit. There was no literature regarding the area. The tables throughout had many water spots on them. Not what I would expect- thrift shop perhaps?
